Fisher 8532 Rotary Control Butterfly Valve – Emerson is a high-performance butterfly valve with a spline shaft for throttling control.Fisher 8532 butterfly valves are available in sizes from NPS 14 through 24 and in pressure classes CL150 and CL300. Fisher 8532 Rotary Control Butterfly Valve – Emerson valve comes with a flangeless (double-sided) or single-flanged body and a variety of seals for most industrial applications.
Fisher 8532 Rotary Control Butterfly Valve – Emerson have following features:
1.Affordable tight shutoff system – this pressure-assisted seal design enables tight shutoff of selected valves at full pressure classes.
2. Fisher 8532 Rotary Control Butterfly Valve – Emerson are designed with shaft blowout protection.The blow-out gland is installed firmly on the valve shaft, which turns downward to form a shoulder that contacts the blow-out gland.
3. Excellent flow control — the 8532 valve has a corrected equal percentage flow characteristic and can be used for throttling applications by turning the disc 90 degrees.The adjustable ratio is 100:1
4.Affordable design with minimal dead zones — spline port connections on the drive shaft allow most Fisher rotary actuators to perform rod clamping operation.
5.Diversification of applications – Standard construction materials and sealing assemblies allow for long service life and excellent performance in a wide range of liquid and gas applications.
6.Easy maintenance – all components are interchangeable, including shaft and disc, simplifying service and reducing maintenance costs.
7.Improved Environmental Performance — The optional Enviro-SEAL packing system uses a very smooth stem surface and dynamic load design for improved sealing, steering, and load transfer. The Enviro-SEAL packing system keeps emissions below the EPA limit of 100 parts per million.
8.Simple installation – the valve body automatically aligns with the center of the pipe flange bolt, quickly and accurately aligning the valve in the pipe.
9.Reliable flange gasket surface – does not interfere with the sealing function of flat or spiral wound pipe flange gaskets by the use of seal setting screws.
