Fisher 2052 spring diaphragm rotary actuators may operate in a “positive acting” manner, where air entering the film cover causes the actuator push rod to move downward. Fisher® 2052 spring diaphragm rotary actuators are available on rotary shaft type bodies for throttling or switching applications. The Fisher 2052 spring diaphragm rotary actuators can be used in throttling applications with a locator or in switching conditions without a locator. The Fisher 2052 spring diaphragm rotary actuators has an ISO 5211 mounting interface that can be mounted to non-Fisher valves.

Fisher 2052 spring diaphragm rotary actuators have following features:
1.Compact and smaller design – ensures that the Fisher 2052 spring diaphragm rotary actuators package size is smaller, allowing more flexibility for installation on smaller benches and larger process lines, where space is at a premium.
2.Available in conjunction with DVC2000, DVC6200 and DVC6000 digital valve controllers and model 3010J and 3620J positioners – this new actuator allows for link free feedback from the end-mounted DVC2000 via a contactless magnetic array. DVC6200, DVC6000, 3010J and 3620J can also be installed with a window.
3.Clamp Connecting Rods Reduce Cut – Connecting rods are tightened to the spline shaft and connected to the single pivot rod, reducing the cut between the actuator and the valve. The typical cumulative dead zone of the Fisher rotary control valve assembly varies by less than 0.5 percent.
4.No initial spring setting – the new nested spring design eliminates the need to set the initial spring setting and makes the actuator selection process quite simple.
